Self service / connection
CRS-S integration is very easy thanks to its modern and elegant design. The users can go directly to the machine to get their change or to be paid of their winnings. So customer satisfaction can be increased because the CRS-S is reducing the time spent to these operations. Cost of cash management is significantly decreased thanks to this self service system. In order to pay out the jackpots the CRS-S has to be connected to the casino local program. The CRS-S is already interfaced with main existing casino data systems and can be interfaced on demand to others systems.
The manager has a specific access to control the notes / coins stock in the machine, the transactions list, the reloading operations… For manager / service company it is very easy to make a software update or auto test of the different modules.
The CRS-S dispenses 4 notes types with a capacity of 500 notes each. It is possible to get capacity of 1000 notes for one denomination by dispensing only 3 notes types. The change that still have to be given to the customer can be made in 2 different ways:
- print a new TITO ticket with the change not paid with the notes
- by dispensing coins: 4 coins types can dispensed in option for a total payment with cash
